Dr. Schrader earned her medical degree summa cum laude from Georg-August University in Germany. She completed her residency training in NYC and Philadelphia before pursuing elite fellowship training in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery with the Glasgold Group in New Jersey.

A prolific researcher and educator, she has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed papers and is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
She currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor and Co-Director of a fellowship in the Division of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Penn Medicine.
