Restylane in New Jersey

Restylane in New Jersey

Restylane Refyne & Defyne

CONTACT
Restylane | New Jersey

RESTYLANE® can help improve moderate to severe wrinkles and folds and is designed to smooth wrinkles, sculpt lips, and shape facial contours. It is a clear, synthetic gel made with hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that is found throughout your body. It carries little risk of allergic reaction. The most common areas for treatment are the glabellar lines (between the eyebrows) and the nasolabial folds (from the root of the nose to the angle of your mouth.) With its unique ability to bind with water, RESTYLANE® remains in your skin for many months.

If you’ve been considering getting RESTYLANE injections in New Jersey, please request a consultation online, or call Dr. Schrader’s office at 609-279-0009.

The RESTYLANE® Regimen gives you a look that lasts. What is the RESTYLANE® Regimen? It’s a way to help you get the most out of your RESTYLANE® treatments. The RESTYLANE® Regimen is a treatment plan that involves an initial treatment and a follow-up treatment four and a half or nine months later. On average, only half the amount of RESTYLANE® injectable gel is used at the initial treatment was needed to achieve the full correction at the follow-up treatment.

The RESTYLANE® Regimen gives you a look that lasts

RESTYLANE® for lip enhancement in patients over 21: RESTYLANE® is the first and only FDA-approved dermal filler for lip enhancement in patients over 21 years. It is only natural with focus on lips, that lipstick is one of the most-purchased cosmetics. It is also natural to want to enhance the appearance of our lips if we feel that their shape or proportions are not well matched to our unique facial structure. As we age, our lips may lose volume and using makeup to hide these flaws often has very limited results.

RESTYLANE® is the only hyaluronic acid dermal filler approved to last up to 18 months from initial treatment of moderate to severe nasolabial folds (lines from the nose to the corners of the mouth) when patients followed the RESTYLANE® Regimen.

RESTYLANE® is one beauty investment that can make your lips look great 24/7 for up to six months. RESTYLANE® provides the fullness and definition you can’t get with lipstick or other cosmetics. Just one treatment gives you beautiful, natural-looking lips for as long as six months.

I recently had a facelift and fat transfer with Dr. Schrader. She is a total professional, listens to what your expectations are, and fulfilled them in a wonderful natural way!  Her staff is wonderful and helpful, and walked me through everything with no problems!

Restylane FAQs

How long do Restylane treatments last?

The average Restylane treatment lasts between six and nine months, with lip treatments lasting between three and four months. Tear trough treatments tend to last the longest due to lack of movement in the area (results can last a year or longer).  The exact time frame varies from patient to patient, and is dependent upon the rate at which each patient metabolizes the filler material. The key to long-term treatment success is ensuring substantial volume replacement with the initial treatment.

How long does the Restylane treatment take?

A treatment with Restylane does not take long. Depending on the area and indication, it takes approximately 15-45 minutes. A touch-up treatment is sometimes performed approximately two weeks after the initial treatment to optimize the results.

What are the side effects from Restylane?

Restylane injectable  offers multiple benefits, but it doesn’t have many adverse side effects. Even then, the side effects are usually mild, temporary, and restricted to the area immediately surrounding the injected area.

These include the following:
– Pain or soreness
– Redness
– Inflammation
– Swelling
– Itching
– Bruising

When injected into your lips, these side effects should recede within a week; otherwise, you can expect the side effects to fade within 72 hours.

What Restylane office is near me?

If you live in the state of New Jersey, Schrader Plastic Surgery offers Restylane among its services. For a full list of services, please visit our Locations page.

How Many Treatments Should I Get?

Each treatment session lasts about 30 minutes. You will decide on maintenance treatment with your doctor. Restylane begins to work immediately; it naturally breaks down and is released by the body over time.

Is Restylane Effective Under the Eyes?

When used to eliminate dark circles and hollows under the eyes, Restylane can indeed be quite effective. However, that largely depends on the skill of the injector who administers it. Dr. Schrader is an experienced and certified injector who has worked with Restylane extensively in the past. Restylane can dramatically reverse the tired, saggy appearance of the eyes, which can melt several years off of your appearance. Where the skin was once thin and losing elasticity, it now looks youthful and plump again. Many people experience incredible success with this procedure and only need to have it repeated once or twice a year.

Dr. Schrader has 20 years experience, over 15 years in private practice in New Jersey and performed hundreds of RESTYLANE® and other cosmetic procedures.Plastic surgery involves many choices. The first and most important is selecting a surgeon you can trust. Choosing a good facial plastic surgeon ensures that you have selected a physician who:

  • Is trained and experienced in all facial plastic surgery procedures
  • Operates only in accredited medical facilities
  • Adheres to a strict code of ethics
  • Is board certified by The American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS)

If you’ve been considering RESTYLANE, please request a consultation online, or call Dr. Schrader’s office at 609-279-0009.
