My entire experience with Dr. Schrader and her office was exceptional from beginning to end. Everyone is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. From my first consultation through my procedure and follow up, Dr. Schrader made me feel informed and supported. Her office staff (shoutout to Kate and Diane) went above and beyond to ensure I was well educated and prepared prior to my surgery, which made the day of my procedure and the subsequent recovery completely seamless. I had a complex rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and nasal valve repair procedure, which is something I’ve wanted to address for almost 20 years. Dr. Schrader took the time to understand and address my issues/concerns, as well as answering numerous questions along the way. She was warm and comforting while I was placed under anesthesia, which made me feel safe and calm. I could not be more thrilled with the results. It’s clear she is an absolute expert in her field based on these remarkable results. Would highly recommend!

I'm thrilled to share my exceptional experience with Dr. Schrader, who expertly performed my septoplasty and rhinoplasty after a fall left me with a badly broken nose and deviated septum which impacted my breathing. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, Dr. Schrader demonstrated unparalleled attentiveness, delicacy, and professionalism. Given my thick skin, I was apprehensive about surgery, but Dr. Schrader took the time to explain the procedure, results, and recovery in detail, setting realistic expectations. The surgery itself was a resounding success. Dr. Schrader skillfully replaced my septum and achieved stunning results. Less than a week post-op, I could already breathe better than I had in many months. Within a week, I was also already looking like my pre-injury self, with minimal swelling and no bruising around the eyes allowing me to get back to work and feeling like my normal self with minimal downtime. I'm now a little over two weeks after surgery and friends and family are amazed by my transformation, and I'm still experiencing improvements as the swelling subsides. I wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Schrader and wouldn't hesitate to return for future cosmetic needs.

I had submental lipo and chin implant procedure with Dr. Schrader. I originally only planned for chin lipo, but Dr. Schrader gently suggested during our consultation that my chin had some subtle recession. She did not push on the issue which I appreciated. When I decided last minute to get a chin implant added on, Diane on her team was very accommodating and got me what I needed. For that, I’m very thankful!
I would describe the procedure itself to be quite pleasant actually! I was awake with some drugs to keep me calm and numb. They let me play my own music and even small talked with me. I felt no pain and only slight discomfort at some points. Everyone was so pleasant and comforting, especially Kate.
The team prepared me well for the recovery, and I think my lack of bruising and major swelling is a testament to Dr. Schrader’s gentle artistry.
