Procedure Description:
A deep plane face and neck lift allows us to elevate deeper structures, improve cervical angle definition, and restore harmony between the face and neck.
In this case, I addressed three key components of facial aging at once:
• Face & neck lift to reposition deeper tissues and redefine the jawline
• Fat grafting to restore lost volume and soften transitions
• Lower blepharoplasty to smooth & refresh the under-eye area
